Hello loves,
So about 3 weeks ago or so, I started breaking out really bad again and I was desperate to find something that would help reduce the break outs I already had and also prevent new ones from emerging. I did a little research, and I hit the jackpot with the

Elf Eyelid Primer Review

Hey girls,
So today I decided to review the ELF $1 Eyelid Primer.
This review is long overdue. I bought this way back in February or March, but I hadn’t really tried it much since.
So I decided, it was about time that, I tried it out a bit so I could review it, so for the last 2 or 3 weeks, I’ve been using it very frequently.

My 5 Favorite/Most Used Lip Glosses

Hi chicks,
So I’ve been trying to find other things to blog about recently besides the blog challenge and hauls (which I will admit to mini hauling way too much lol). So today I decided I would show you girls what my favorite lip glosses are. I don’t typically wear lip gloss alone, I usually add it over my lipsticks and stuff, but I have 5 that I always use. That’s why they’re called my favorites lol.
Let’s get started…
Here’s the 5 glosses…

O.P.I. Rumples Wiggin Dupe?

Hey girls,
So last Spring/Summer O.P.I. released The Shrek Collection. From the entire collection, I only picked up one nail polish and it was the very first O.P.I. nail polish I had ever purchased.
The nail polish I picked up was Rumples Wiggin, a beautiful, light, lilac creme shade. Well today, I believe I found a pretty close dupe for those who didn’t get a chance to pick it up.
The dupe is Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Nails Nail Polish in Lacey Lilac.

Here’s what the two nail polishes look like next to each other in the bottle…

Products I Regret Buying

Hey loves,
So no matter how much you research a product online, sometimes, you manage to pick up things that are completely the opposite of what you needed. Now, I’ll be honest, most of the time, when I buy something and I don’t like it, I return it. I’m not just gonna waste my money and keep something that I have no intentions of ever using again. But there are a few items that I didn’t return and that’s what I’ll be showing you today. :)
So here are all the items of regret:

My Favorite Hair Care Products/Hair Care Routine

Hey girls,
Earlier tonight, I saw my good friend Huda posted her Favorite Hair Care Products over on her blog, so I decided to copy her lol, and show you girls what I use regularly on my hair.
Now for starters, I don’t have a ton of money to splurge on higher quality salon products, so if you’re a salon products only type of girl, then you probably won’t be interested in this one lol, sorry. As far as my hair type (without products), it’s wavy, somewhat dry, pretty frizzy, it’s neither thick nor fine and I have a pretty decent amount (Not too much, not too little). I’ve found inexpensive products that work great on my hair, and have kept it looking silky, healthy, and less frizzy. So let’s begin…

Sigma F80 Brush Review

Hello my lovely ladies,
Ahh, okay, so since it’s Thursday night and I don’t have to study or do homework right now because I don’t have school tomorrow, I decided to sneak in some blogging time. Yay!!! lol.
So today, I have for you all my Sigma F80 review!!! As some of you may or may not know I won the Sigma F80 on Huda’s Beauty Blog a few weeks back and I was thrilled, because I had been seriously dying to try it out. I’ve been trying it out for about 2 weeks, and I seriously adore it!!! It’s the best brush I’ve ever owned…I obviously didn’t purchase this, but man, if I would’ve known how amazing it works, I probably would’ve dished out the  $16 bucks for it a long time ago. Ahh, I just can’t explain in words how amazing it truly really is. I don’t know how I lived my makeup life without it. *sigh*

Recent Nail Polish Purchases

Hello my loves,

As you’ve probably noticed I’m attempting to get back into blogging, and today I finally decided to share some recent nail polish purchases. Like many girls, I think I have an issue buying nail polish. How many girls can admit that they have obsessive amounts of nail polishes, some inclusively that look pretty damn similar to other polishes in your collection? I know I’m most definitely guilty of this. So Ulta had a sale about a month ago and some of their polishes were BOGO and I went a little nuts buying nail polish. Here’s what I picked up.

Sephora VIB Haul

Hello my beautiful ladies,

I know I haven’t posted in quite a while, but today I decided to show you girls my Sephora V.I.B. Haul. For those of you who don’t know what a Sephora V.I.B. is, let me quickly explain. Sephora, like many other stores has a rewards program, I believe that for each dollar you spend, you get a point, and when you reach 350 points in one year, you qualify to be a V.I.B., or in other words a Very Important Beauty Insider. Being a V.I.B. at Sephora definitely has it’s perks and one of the many perks is that they sometimes send you coupons for a percentage off your purchase or purchases. Well, last week I received a coupon from Sephora, and of course, I thought to myself, “Well, there’s no better time to splurge at Sephora” and that’s exactly what I did. Let’s keep in mind that my idea of splurge is not necessarily the next persons idea of splurging, but anyways, let’s get on to the haul. :)

Sephora VIB Haul
1. Bareminerals Prime Time Foundation Primer Original
Bareminerals Prime Time Foundation Primer Original
Love this stuff! Been using samples of this since I started using bareminerals about a year ago, and I finally brought myself to buy
the full size. Great primer! Smooths my skin beautifully.
2. Bareminerals Mineral Veil
Bareminerals Mineral Veil
Just like the previous product, I’ve been surviving off samples of this, and I finally decided to buy the full size, and I have
to say this stuff is amazing!
3. Bareminerals Well Rested
Bareminerals Well Rested
I bought one of these several months ago, and I just love it.Even when I don’t wear concealer, I pop this under my eyes
and it covers and brightens beautifully. A must have for girls like me who stay up late doing homework.
4. Bareminerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara
Bareminerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara
Honestly, I don’t love this mascara. The first time I used this I really liked it, but when I tried it again after several months
I realized this mascara is too dry, too clumpy, and definitely not my cup of tea. I decided to keep it anyway as a layering
mascara.
5. Lancome Hypnose Staar Mascara
Lancome Hypnose Staar Mascara
Now this mascara I love! It works so well on my lashes. It seperates, volumizes, lengthens. I’ll try to do a review on this
one soon. I will say though, if you’re expecting it to sparkle, you’ll be disappointed.
6. Kat Von D Ladybird True Romance Palette
Kat Von D Ladybird True Romance Palette
Now this is where I think I almost died and went to Heaven! This palette is the only higher end palette I have brought myself
to buy. It’s almost entirely matte, with the exception of thedark gray shade which is somewhat of a satin finish, and  I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful and pigmented these shadows are. I haven’t tried it on my eyes yet, and I only swatched it once, but I’m obsessed. I cant wait to  use it.

Well, as you all can see, I’m still highly obsessed with Bareminerals products. I just think they are UH-MAY-ZING! But I’ve also found a couple loves outside the Bareminerals brand that I would highly highly recommend. I hope you enjoyed this haul. Thanks so much for reading.

DIY Tinted Moisturizer…using Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisturizer and Maybelline Superstay Foundation

Hello my fellow beauties,

I know that many of us, hate to feel like we have pounds of foundation slapped on, but sometimes we just need the coverage. Recently, I started mixing my foundation and moisturizer to make my own Tinted Moisturizer; I mean, think about it, tinted moisturizer can be a little pricey, it can be hard to find the right shade, and most of the time, it has very poor coverage. By making your own, you can control how much coverage you want to get from your tinted moisturizer, you save money by using things you already have, and you already have the perfect shade in your foundation. I’m going to attempt to show you what I do in pictures. Hope this helps! :)

DIY Tinted Moisturizer...using Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisturizer and Maybelline Superstay Foundation
Before: As you can see, I have absolutely nothing on my face.I don’t have pimples anymore, but I was left with dark acne scarring which makes me feel quite insecure, so I feel the need to cover it,but I don’t want to slap on a whole bunch  of foundation.

AVEENO ULTRA CALMING MOISTURIZER WITH SPF 15 REVIEW

Hello loves,

So I know I haven’t posted in a really long while, but I’m back today with a review on a drugstore moisturizer, Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisturizer with Spf 15.
I’ll start off by saying, that I have normal to dry skin, and I tend to break out a lot around my cheek area, I have some really dry patches, and I have redness on and round my nose, a little on my chin, and some on my cheeks. I wouldn’t say it’s severe redness or anything, but it’s definitely noticeable.
So let’s get started….
Where to buy and how much: I bought this at Walmart for around $15, a little bit pricey for drugstore, but I figured it was worth it because Aveeno has proven to be great quality in the past to me. You can also find this at Target, CVS, Walgreens, grocery stores. Prices will vary from around $14-$16. Oh, and sometimes you can even find it on sell.
Packaging and amount: This product, instore will be in a box with a clear window to show the actual bottle. The actual packaging is a light beige color, and has a beige color top. It has a pump, which is awesome, and you get 4 fl oz.

China Glaze Crackle Glaze in Cracked Concrete Swatch

Hello beauties,

About two or three weeks ago, I purchased the China Glaze Crackle Glaze in Cracked Concrete, which is the exact same thing as the OPI Black Shatter nail polish that was introduced in the Katy Perry Collection, except it’s a charcoal gray color.

The China Glaze Crackle Glaze collection had a black, a white, this gray, a hot pink with shimmer, a mint blue, and a purple shimmer. All of which were crackle polishes. I only purchased this specific one because I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but I can honestly say I do.

Ulta Haul & First Impressions

Hello my loves,

I’m back at it again with an Ulta Haul. I’ll be honest, I don’t often look on Ulta’s website and purchase things, but as I browsed their website last week, I ran into a few good deals that I couldn’t pass up, so here’s what I bought…
The first thing I snatched up was this Bareminerals Passionate for Pastels Kit for $45.
Ulta had actually emailed a $10 off a $50 Bareminerals purchase coupon and this was on sale for $36 last week, so I thought it was quite the bargain. The set contains a full size Flawless Definition Mascara, a full size Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Go Getter (which is gorgeous, if I may say so myself, a Bareminerals Ready Eyeshadow Quad in The Sweetest Thing, and a Bareminerals Blush in Sorbet all in a gorgeous pale yellow makeup bag with golden undertones and a gold zipper. Quite the bargain, even at $45, if I may say so myself. So far, I love everything.
