eBay Muslin Cloths vs Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

eBay Muslin Cloths

Hello Lovelies

For all you Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser lovers out there I have a brilliant money saving tip.
The beautiful cloths that Liz Earle sells with the matching thread around the edge are so expensive… £4 for 2. You can put them in the washing machine a few times but after about the 8th time they start to lose there stiffness and do not seem to give you a light exfoliation anymore.
This is where my trusty eBay app on my iPhone comes in (don’t download it, it makes buying on eBay easy and fun!).  I bought 10 Muslin Cloths from eBay for around £3 (no shipping).  They came from China so I had to wait about 2 weeks for shipping but that didn’t bother me as I still had a new Liz Earle one in the cupboard.

When they arrived they immediately didn’t look as good quality but when I started to use them I liked them better.  They are ruffer then the Liz Earle ones which I personally prefer as they feel like they are cleaning the face deeper and getting rid of all the awful dead skin.  I have fairly problematic skin so I like to give it a good scrub but if you have perfect, sensitive skin it could be a bit ruff for you.

They wash in the machine fine and need to be replaced about every 4 washes but with a saving of £1.70 per cloth I am not to worried about that.  I use mine for about 4-5 days before putting it in the machine as I use it to remove my makeup and they get pretty, how can say this…GROSS after a while. But each to there own when they wash them.

There are lots of sellers on eBay and I am sure they are pretty much all the same.
