Egyptian Magic cream and Korres Watermelon Tinted Moisturiser Review

I am horribly sick for about 2 days, I have a very bad cold, more than likely brought on by lack of sleep! That’s what I get for staying up late…

I just want to tell you about the two products that have been making me look a bit more human and presentable to my other half and those around me.

With all the cold drugs I have been consuming, I just feel like all the moisture is being sucked out of me to stop my nose from running all over me and everyone else. I am also sneezing like a mofo so there are tissues a plenty needed and my nose is all sore and dry, even with my trusty balsam tissues!
Egyptian Magica cream and Korres Watermelon Tinted Moisturiser Review

So I have been using the Egyptian Magic cream for a facial moisturiser, it has a vaseline- like texture yet doesn’t feel too heavy and doesn’t clog my pores. Its giving my skin the moisture boost it needs while helping with my acne scarring. I have heard this cream can fade scars very quickly, and in the last 3 days, I have been seeing a dramatic improvement, even on my old ones. My skin has a more even appearance and texture now… well, except for my Rudolph nose…

Everyone should have this cream, it has a massive list of things that it is good for, burns, sunburn, eczema and psoriasis treatment, any skin rashes (I have been using this on Ambers bum, she seems to have constant nappy rash!) I of course am using one of the samples for her lil toosh so I dont have any cross contamination going on! With very little ingredients, I am surprised that it is so good.

Another product that I have been using is the Korres Watermelon Tinted Moisturiser with SPF30 Holy WOW this stuff is good. I have never used such an amazing tinted moisturiser, it gives amazing coverage, doesnt feel or look greasy and I dont have to use a setting powder… faaaantastic!
Egyptian Magica cream and Korres Watermelon Tinted Moisturiser Application

It is a medium coverage tinted moisturiser, but I honestly cant feel it on my skin, it just feels like I am wearing nothing at all. I do have an oily t-zone and this just controls the oils on my face and makes me look human instead of a big sweaty (and then chilly) mess. I even wore this to work, which has very unforgiving lighting and every blemish or cakey-ness shows up so clearly and horribly. I didn’t have a problem here, it hydrated my face and gave an amazing glow to my skin… the nice kind of course. Concealer was banished the last few days as well, I always need concealer for my chin area because I have a lot of redness from past spots and horrible cystic acne after pregnancy, but with this, it wasnt even needed!!
Egyptian Magica cream and Korres Watermelon Tinted Moisturiser Effect

This is oil free, so Is perfect for oilier skin types, or in the summer when we all tend to “glow like a pig”. It is packed full of skin loving ingredients as well, so we can anti-age and detox our faces while we go about our daily business!

And just for the sheer hell of it… a sick face picture… notice how I actually look human and not a pale mess?! Thank you so much Xen-Tan!

Finished look

Its a hair up and Hoodie day today!
What products do you love wearing when your sick? Or just nothing at all? I find that I feel worse when I am wearing no make up, it just accentuates the fact that I feel (and look) horrible! Even though it might get me a bit more sympathy :p

I can tell that Winter is on its way anyway! I am always down with the cold! But I cant afford to play sick this year with a baby… no bed rest and constant cups of tea for me šŸ™
