I wanted an orange color blush for myself. Just to wear sometimes and don’t want to pay a lot. So, I remembered I once saw those Maybelline Shine Free Clear Smooth Blush in Booth. I went and checked in Booth, the orange color blush; Fresh Apricot is out of stock. That time, I saw they were on sale for 129 Baht, It is about 4$. So, I went and checked in Watson again and I got this shade. It was 149 Baht, around 5$ while Booth is selling with 169 Baht which is nearly 6$.
There are 4 colors; Fresh Berry, Fresh Rose, Fresh Coral and Fresh Apricot. The other three colors are pink tones, even coral is. I think these Maybeline blushes are only available in Asia or South East Asia.
This Fresh Apricot is a bright orange blush. It has slight glitter effect but not shimmery blush. It tends to be matte look when you apply it. You can only see slight glitter on the pan. Very pigmented, super pigmented and you have to use with a light hand. If not, you are going to get a clown look with very bright cheek. For me it can last long up to 6hrs. I don’t like the texture much. It is not very silky or not very smooth, quite difficult to blend. Though, I love the packaging, looks clean and simple. I would love to try other colors too. Overall, It is cheap, affordable, nice blush and worth to buy it.
